A large potential production fairway has been identified, extending 25 km north of the current Tilbrook wells.
Exploratory core wells are planned within the Bald Hill fairway, with the first well, Bald Hill #1 completed in early June 2009. The well intersected in excess of 8m of gassy coal. If exploration proves to be successful, this area could make a substantial contribution to WestSide’s gas resources.
