2010 ENTITLEMENT OFFER
Eligible shareholders (as at 19 April 2010) will be able to purchase 1 new share for every 1 existing WestSide share they own at $0.45 per share.
The offer is open to residents of Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia who hold WestSide shares at the record date (Monday 19 April 2010). To be registered, shares would have to be purchased before Tuesday 13 April 2010.
