Gang Ye was appointed as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Westside Corporation in 2023, after joining Landbridge Group in 2010 as Group Vice President.

He has a strong background in management, particularly in petrochemical energy, crude oil transportation, and agricultural technology industries. His expertise includes port operation construction, supply chain logistics, and the development of clean energy and oil fields.

Known for his innovative spirit and effective leadership, Gang Ye has led teams to significant achievements, actively engaging in China-Australia economic exchanges and committing to corporate social responsibility and sustainable development initiatives.

Brendan joined Landbridge in 2016 and is the Chief Company Officer & Chief Financial Officer for Westside Corporation.

Brendan is a Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of experience. He has held a range of finance positions including at an ASX listed minerals processing company, Australia’s largest retail travel organisation and Deloitte.  Brendan brings a wealth of experience in capital management, investor and stakeholder management and financial reporting.

Ian joined Westside in 2018, previously holding roles of General Manager Development and Petroleum Engineering Manager.  He was appointed as Chief Development Officer in 2023.

Ian is a Chartered Engineer with 20 years industry experience.  He worked at Origin Energy in both conventional assets and its transformation into Coal Seam Gas (CSG) to LNG for many years. Ian brings a wealth of experience in subsurface, reserves & resources, and field development.

Stephen Sheehy

Stephen is responsible for legal oversight of Westside’s operations.

Stephen is a transactional lawyer with over 20 years of experience, gained within private practice and in-house roles, locally and internationally.  Stephen was senior legal counsel within QGC both before and after the combination of Royal Dutch Shell and BG Group.  In his time at QGC, Stephen advised across all aspects of the project structure, from upstream supply arrangements through the midstream processing and into the downstream LNG supply portfolio.

In his time in private practice, Stephen acted for a range of commercial clients.

Daniel has 15 years of industry experience in operational roles across North American and Australian oil and gas developments.

He has previous roles as Drilling and Completions Manager with Westside and Drilling Operations with Schlumberger.

Daniel has extensive experience in the development of unconventional reservoirs with a focus on operational optimisation and innovation.

In 2023, Paul Yeh assumed the position of Company Secretary at Westside Corporation.

 

Paul joined Westside in 2017 and is a CPA in Australia. With over a decade of experience in the energy sector, Paul played a pivotal role in supporting the exploration field, Harcourt, in the Bowen Basin under PetroChina, before it was acquired by Westside. In his capacity as Finance Planner and Company Secretary, Paul manages finance, accounting, IT activities, and offers guidance on corporate governance matters.
